George Minett

George brings a background in media, corporate finance, investment management and engineering. He started his career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley working on equity and debt capital raises as well as mergers and acquisitions within the Technology sector. Prior to joining Mitre Media, he worked at one of the largest hedge-funds in the world doing fundamental research on publicly traded technology stocks. George holds a BSc in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Haifeng Cao

Haifeng Cao

Haifeng has +20 years of technology leadership experience solving complex technical problems and scaling large distributed systems. Prior to becoming CTO, Haifeng was Lead Architect at Mitre Media. Before joining Mitre Media, Haifeng was CTO at MoPals and served as a senior developer at Pressly and earlier in his career started two venture-backed software companies in China. Haifeng holds a Master's degree in Computational Mathematics & Software Engineering from Lanzhou University.

Matt Butcher has 15+ years experience selling digital, programmatic, lead gen, native, and custom media programs within the investment management industry. He was most recently a sales manager at WealthManagement.com and has a background as a quantitative analyst at major Wall Street firms. Matt holds a BS in biological engineering from Cornell University and an MS in mechanical engineering from Columbia University.
